How To Protect Your Skin


             



Having a healthy and fair skin is important for living a wonderful lifestyle. It serves as a protection in the outside environment. We should take care of our skin and stay away from skin damaging activities like direct sunlight to our skin that has a UV Rays.







1. Minimize exposure in sunlight- Research study says that if your expose to sunlight in 10-15 minutes in the afternoon, it can damage your skin. Although it has a vitamin D in the morning but we should avoid to expose our skin directly in sunlight.

2. Eat the right food- Maintaining to eat a right eating habit will not only maintain our health in the inside but also the outside of our body. Fruits and vegetables will be helpful in skin rejuvenating because it contains anti-oxidants such as vitamin C, B and E.

Are you eating the right amount of anti-oxidants or you're eating unhealthy foods like street foods and junk foods that are oily?

To be honest, that is my eating habit but I will change that into good eating habit. From now on we should start eating the right food and do it consistently.

Whole grains, seeds, nuts, fish, such as tuna and salmons are excellent sources of fatty acids to keep our skin hydrated. Eating fatty acids can prevent us for  penetrating UV Rays in our skin that causes too much damage.

Keep our skin hydrated by drinking more waters and sometimes juices because research show that if our skin is dehydrated, it is more prone to maximize the effect of sun exposure and prone from burn in our skin.

Why Obesity Is The Root Cause of Many Diseases?



Pansin nyo bakit kaya ang mga tao ngayon namamatay in their early 40-50's? Minsan nga yung iba hindi na umaabot ng 60's dahil nagkakaron na sila ng maraming mga disease tulad ng diabetes, cancer, stroke etc.

Ano ba yung source kung bakit nagkakaron nagkakaroon ng ganung mga sakit?

Being obese is a biggest health problems in our country because 65% of the world's population live in countries where they are more likely to to die from obesity than malnutrition. It can kill us because you will become more prone to many diseases like diabetes, heart attack, cancer, stroke, sleep apnea and many diseases.

-Is a medical condition of having an excess body fat, it may harm your health and reduce your life expectancy.

What is Visceral Fat and Subcutaneous Fat?


Meron tayong dalawang uri ng fat: Subcutaneous Fat and Visceral Fat

Subcutaneous Fat: Ito ung taba na nakikita sa katawan natin, in short bilbil. Ito yung nadadaan sa exercise at liposuction. Kadalasan kapag nagdadiet ka ito lang ang nababawas na taba sa iyo. Akala ng iba ito lang yung taba na meron tayo kaya mataba ang isang tao.


Viseceral Fat: Or also known as killer fat and a hidden dangerous fat.  Ito yung fats na nakapaloob sa organ ng isang taong obese. Nakapaloob siya pwedeng sa heart kidney, liver, spine atbp.  Ito yung source kung bakit nagkakaroon ng maraming diseases tulad ng heart attack, nakapaloob ang visceral fat sa heart ng isang tao kaya hindi na makahinga yung heart. Yung liver bakit nagkakaroon ng fatty liver? Dahil yun sa visceral fat na nakapaloob sa liver ng tao.

Itong visceral fat sa loob ng organ ng tao ay hindi nadadaan sa exercise o liposuction dahil nasa loob na siya ng organ ng tao kaya imposible na ma-lipo ito sa loob dahil matutusok yung organ natin.

Para sa mga taong obese at prone na sa mga ganitong diseases, kailangan nyong malaman kung ilan yung visceral fat sa loob ng katawan niyo. Pero paano mo malalaman iyon? Kailangan ka bang operahan at tingnan yung loob ng katawan mo para makita kung gaano kakapal yung fats sa loob ng katawan mo? Goodnews! Syempre hindi na kailangan gawin 'yun! Visceral fat

0.5 - 9.0 Visceral Fat is NORMAL
10 - 15 Visceral Fat is High +
15 - 30 Visceral Fat is Very High ++

Ang karaniwang na results ng mga obese ay nagrarange sa 15-30 Visceral Fats, kapag ganyan kakapal ang fats mo sa loob ng katawan ay prone ka na sa maraming mga diseases.
